W&P Architecture

W&P Architecture is the convergence of two experiences and stories of architecture and artistic sensibility in a new Italian reality, based on a passion for design, art and music, merging creativity, technique and engineering, thanks to the experience and integration of experienced professionals and a track record of more than twenty years, the result of two well-established and consolidated studios.

The new brand was born from the relationship of mutual esteem and trust between WIP and Giorgio Palù, who operate between Milan and Cremona, bringing their know-how all over the world. Characteristic of W&P Architecture is the drive for tailoring and craftsmanship of the founding architects, with a focus on the realisation of exclusive works, with attention to detail for the client, tailor-made for the interpreted context.

W&P Architecture is capable of tackling every type and scale of intervention in the Real Estate panorama, in Italy and abroad, thanks to a multidisciplinary team capable of managing every aspect of design, under the banner of innovation and sustainability.

With a diversified portfolio that includes Cultural, Office, Retail, Residential, Hospitality, Sport and Marine projects, W&P Architecture collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders in Italy and abroad, from private clients to major European real estate companies.

 

Born out of a decade-long synergy to explore new opportunities and as an offshoot of the WIP group and Giorgio Palù’s Studio, the new entity aims to bring Italian architectural and design know-how as an integrated solution for ad-hoc projects to clients in the United Arab Emirates.​

W&P Architecture is a fusion that is peculiar to the Emirati panorama, drawing simultaneously on WIP’s characteristic integrated approach to the project, from concept design to detailed engineering, and the creative and technical experimentation carried out by architect Giorgio Palù, with encroachments into the fields of figurative arts.
