In order to best utilize the services and/or information that WIP Architetti S.r.l. makes available to you through this website, you may be asked to provide information and/or data relating to yourself, your business, your address (including email address), etc.
In this regard, our Company confirms that all data will be processed in full compliance with Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016.
To this end, we hereby inform you that WIP Architetti S.r.l. processes your personal data in full compliance with EU Regulation 679/2016. Your data will therefore be entered into our company’s databases following your consent, except in the cases referred to in Article 13. 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016.
Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016, we hereby inform you that:

- Purpose of processing: The data is processed as part of the normal design, consulting, workplace safety, and project management activities of WIP Architetti S.r.l. for the following purposes: compliance with legal obligations, contractual obligations, and compliance with accounting, banking, insurance, financial, credit protection, social security, welfare, marketing, and union obligations.
- Data processing methods: Data is processed using manual, computerized, and electronic means, using methods strictly related to the purposes for which it was collected and, in any case, in a manner that guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data.
- The data collected falls within the category of sensitive data;
- Categories of parties to whom the data may be disclosed: Consultants/Construction Companies/Suppliers/Designers/Web Designers/Insurance Companies/Public Bodies/Credit Institutions, and to the operational offices of WIP Architetti S.r.l., as they are responsible for and in charge of data processing. Data retention period: The data will be retained for the time necessary for the design/execution of the project and, in any case, strictly in connection with the duration of the contracts signed with WIP Architetti S.r.l.

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONTAINED IN CURRICULA VITAE
The information you provide is essential for obtaining the necessary information and will be processed in full compliance with the provisions of Articles 13 and 14 et seq. of EU Regulation 679/2016.

- The information/data you provide will be used to adequately assess your application for employment with our Company;
- Your data will be retained for the period of time strictly necessary to evaluate potential employment opportunities;
- Providing your data is voluntary, but refusal may make it impossible or more difficult to verify your application;
- We inform you that all data you provide may be disclosed to collaborators, specifically assigned employees, consultants, and other offices of WIP Architetti S.r.l. and other companies, including those located outside of Italy, for the purpose of exploring the widest range of employment opportunities.

RIGHT OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER RIGHTS
We inform you that all data will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently. It will be collected exclusively for the stated purposes and processed in a manner that is not incompatible with those purposes. If necessary, it will be updated, deleted, and/or rectified.
A form of retention will be guaranteed that guarantees your identification for a period no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is processed. Furthermore, we point out that you may contact the Data Controller and the Data Processor to exercise your rights, as provided for by the Regulation.
In particular, you have the right to:
– Request from the Data Controller access to your personal data and its rectification and/or erasure and/or restriction, and to object to its processing, as well as the right to data portability;
– Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority;
– Know the source of your personal data and, if applicable, whether the data comes from publicly accessible sources;
– Obtain confirmation from the Data Controller as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and the following information:
– The purposes of the processing;
– The categories of personal data concerned;
– The recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organizations;
– Where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be retained, or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;
– The existence of the right to request from the Data Controller rectification or erasure of personal data, or restriction of processing of personal data concerning the data subject, or to object to such processing;
– The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
– The right to obtain all available information regarding their source, where the personal data are not collected from the data subject;

- To obtain, taking into account the purposes of the processing, the completion of incomplete personal data, including by means of providing a supplementary statement;

- To obtain from the Data Controller restriction of processing where one of the grounds set out in Article 18 of the Regulation applies;
- Receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance from the data controller to whom the personal data were provided, in the cases set out in Article 19 of the Regulation;
- Object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letters e) or f) of the Regulation, including profiling based on those provisions, as well as to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.
