Villa 14

The villa is organized on three floor, sorrounded by a huge garden with a panoramic view.
The main entrance is located sidelong the building, a long path made by sandstone leads to a iron arbor decorated with a patchwork covered with perforated sheet and glass that introduce the host to the living room.
The ground floor, made by polished sandstone, is characterized by a big living area in which the
spatial continuity is guaranteed by the furnitures made with the same materials, the square table in mirror shiny steel designed by the Architect Giorgio Palù gives an idea of a warm and inviting
atmosphere, completed by the lighting fixture “Viabizzuno” above the table, also designed by the
Architect.
The brightness of the room is given not only from the big breach situated on the outline of the building, but also from the mirror and the extra light glass furnitures.
The restoration area, at the first floor, has 2 bedrooms with the walk-in closet and bathroom and a simple bedroom.
Both the floor and the wardrobes are in bleach oak that encase the space and give the inhabitant the feeling of a big uniform space.
The coverings of the walls are enhanced by different kinds of boiseries, characterized by the choice of the materials: Canadians maple wood, iron treated and waxed, mirror shiny steel and glazed steel and leather.
On the basement floor there is a big garage and on a mezzanine floor a wine cellar, an armoury, and pool hall with open bar, disco, and a a bronze table/sculpture that signifying the area. There is also a relax area with whirlpool bath, sauna and private bathroom.
